Typically we will take the role of lead or sole investor in businesses operating in traditional sectors of the economy (property, manufacturing, retail, leisure, etc).

It is likely that we will take a minority shareholding although we also look at deals to acquire the 100% shareholding.

We provide equity finance and can offer solutions which combine new equity with debt provision. Our investments tend to follow the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) wherever possible and it is generally individuals that make the investment in the companies with Kapital Venture Equity LLP facilitating the deal.
